Name, email, phone, device information, repair history, and any additional information you voluntarily provide when booking a service or creating an account.

How we use it

To provide our repair services, communicate ticket status, honour warranties, and improve our operations. We never sell your data.

Data retention

Repair records are retained for 24 months to honour warranty obligations. You may request deletion at any time.
