By booking a service, purchasing a product, or otherwise engaging with Chakir Mobile, you agree to the following terms.

Services

All quotations are indicative until a full diagnostic has been completed. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any repair begins.

Warranty

Warranty terms are described on our Warranty page. Standard coverage is 12 months on parts and labour.

Liability

Chakir Mobile carries no liability for pre-existing damage or data loss unless expressly agreed in writing. Data backup remains the customer's responsibility.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute shall be resolved by the courts of Rabat.
